There is an especially prominent trend for spring and that is chambray. Chambray is a lighter weight denim fabric and often has a higher thread count than traditional denim. Chambray is often used to make shirts and dresses.
With the reemergence of chambray in the fashion scene, Spinsters of San Francisco's latest charity party is a "Denim and Diamonds Party" on Thursday February 7th ( This party is open to all friends of Spinsters) and this is a great way to get that denim you have been coveting.
This party raises money for the San Francisco and Marin Food Banks.
Now, you might be wondering "what should I wear to this event?".
|Left to right Olivia Palermo, Blair Eadie of Atlantic/Pacific blog, Blake Lively, Ashley Greene and Mary-Kate Olsen show off their denim looks.|
Have no fear. I've created a Pinterest board for that. Even better?
If you like it, buy it!
(Click the image once in it's small size and then again when it is shown bigger)!
If you purchase an item by clicking a link on my Pinterest board, I will donate the commission listed to the San Francisco and Marin Food Banks.
If you don't see something you want to buy right now, check back later. I'll continue updating the board through a week before the event. This is a great way to get some of Spring's hottest trends while also helping feed thousands of individuals.
